Acrylic Handle Shaving Brush, Synthetic Fiber

Each shaving brush is handmade and assembled in my studio using premium quality materials. 

• The handles are composed of two or more  segments of acrylic material that are machined, assembled, and lathe-turned individually, by hand, to shape.
• The color combinations were selected to reflect traditional colors used to make vintage brush handles.
• The final finishing and polishing is done on a series of buffing wheels.
• The brush is completed using an acrylic core, sized properly for a tight fit and with a base for the bristle knot.
• The resulting balance and weight are calculated for efficient comfortable use.  (This handle would be much too heavy and unsuitable were it to be made of solid aluminum.)

Brush Bristle

• Each brush bristle knot assembly is densely packed with the finest grade of synthetic fibers that are very soft and also stiff enough to produce a good lather for application. These brushes are eco-friendly and vegan.
• You can expect a very pleasant shaving experience and many years of daily service from my brushes.
